Equity Assurance has become a publicly quoted company by listing 6,519,746,960 ordinary shares at the Nigerian Stock Exchange, recently.
Speaking at the listing ceremony, the company’s chairman stated that Equity Assurance, which has just moved to its new corporate edifice, has a very bright future.
“The re-branding of the company has started with the introduction of our new name and logo, we have currently more robust information technology, an empowered human capital, through intensive training programs both locally and internationally, major advertising campaigns and strategic business developments, among several others, which would take us to our Eldorado”, he said.
