The 2026 Media Pension Excellence Awards, the maiden edition organised by the National Pension Commission (PenCom) took place in Lagos today. Journalists who were outstanding in reporting the activities in the pension sector of the nation’s economy were awarded at the ceremony chair by the director general of PenCom, Ms Omolola Oloworaran.
Two pension editors, Chuks Udo Okonta of Inspenonline and Modestus Anaesoronye of BusinessDay Newspaper won the Online and Print categories respectively.
