As the world marks Customer Service Week 2026, Sovereign Trust Insurance Plc has reaffirmed its commitment to delivering exceptional service and creating meaningful experiences for its customers, in line with this year’s theme, “The Extra Mile.”
Commenting on the significance of the week, the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Sovereign Trust Insurance Plc, Mr. Lucas Durojaiye, Ph.D., said that going the extra mile is more than simply meeting expectations; it is about demonstrating genuine commitment to customers at every point of their journey.
