The 29th Annual General Meeting of Sovereign Trust Insurance Plc took place today at the Baylounge in Lekki, Lagos.
The company declared a dividend of 3k for every share held with the company as from the date of the closure of the register.
The Chairman of Sovereign Trust Insurance Plc, Oluseun O. Ajayi in the company of the MD/CEO, Olaotan Soyinka being flanked by members of the Board of Directors and the Company Secretary, (CITIPOINT Chambers) represented by Tomi Olagunju.
