Mutual Benefits Assurance Plc held its 27th annual thanksgiving service with songs and dance in Lagos at the weekend.
Speakiing at the event, the company’s Chairman Dr Akin Ogunbiyi said that the importance of the annual thanksgiving service was to appreciate the hand and support of God in the success story of Mutual Benefits Assuranc company.
Attributing the consistent achievements of the company to the grace of God upon it from inception, he said, “The blessing of God has been with the company for this 27 years of its existence. God is the secret of our success. If not for God, there won’t be a company called Mutual Benefits Assurance Plc today. God has remained consistent with us these 27 years.”
He went further to appreciate industry stakeholders of Mutual Benefits such as investors, brokers and staff for standing with the company at the various stages of its growth.
In the same vein, the Managing Director/CEO of Mutual Benefits Assurance Plc, Mr. Femi Asenuga expressed appreciation to God, customers and staff of the company for how far the company has grown in the risk bearing industry.
“We thank God for giving us the grace to witness the occasion of today. We shall witness a lot of spiritual offerings and blessings to God going forward,” he stated.
Leading Pastor, Harvesters International Christian Center, Pastor Bolaji Idowu, in his exhortation lauded the company’s chairman and management for counting it worthy to appreciate God for His gestures.
He noted that no matter how far people had gone in life, they should learn to say thank you, especially to God, stressing that in all things we should thank God.
