Your Majesty, I thank you for accepting us on this courtesy visit. It is a thing of pride and honour to be here with the Governing Council members of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria; the premier Professional Body in Nigeria. We are grateful.
We are here to pay homage, and to join our commend you for all of your good works for the peace in our land and most importantly to seek for your Royal Blessings for us on what we set to do here in Abeokuta, Ogun state.
As you well know having followed in Insurance professional forum for years, this is the time of the year when all Insurance professionals across the country, gather to discuss issues pertinent to the growth of the Insurance industry. The forum remains the largest gathering of Insurance professionals anywhere in the country since 1991 and we are grateful for the opportunity to be able to use this platform in contributing a part of our quota to national growth. This forum affords professionals the opportunity to review activities, share ideas and expertise and also proffer solutions to operational challenges.
Your Majesty, we were here around this same time last year for the same occasion and we had good stories to tell about the hospitality of the people, it is little wonder why we are here again. The peace the people enjoy here is a testimony to your good leadership, and we pray that your shadow, which looms large over this Historic State, never grows less.
The insurance institute and its members have always enjoyed the cool atmosphere of Ogun State which has been home to the Insurance Professionals Forum since the maiden edition held at Gateway Hotel, Otta in 1991.
I will also use this opportunity to specially invite you to grace the opening ceremony of 2021 Annual Insurance forum with your regal presence. The opening ceremony of the forum will take place at the Park Inn Hotel by Radisson Blue on the 3rd of November 2021. The event will commence by 8:00am. We will be delighted to have you within our midst.
Your Majesty, We are proud of your achievements and accomplishments over the years. Your support for development initiatives within your domain and Nigeria sets you apart as a leader with substance. Our prayer is that you live a long and glorious life and that you will continue reign with wisdom for the growth and good of your people.
